No reason to complain, the hotel met required needs. Everything was cool, including very friendly staff and perfect location right in the center at the main street-close to everything. The food was good - a good choice of options.

Got huge and spotlessly clean room with beautiful views of the jungle and complimentary wireless internet and power sockets. A nice interior. Good pool, parking onsite. Extra care from the truly kind staff.

This hotel is great value for money, with very reasonable prices for the quality of accommodation provided. Secondly, the location is fantastic, being very close to many shops, restaurants, and even the famous Monkey Forest. Lastly, the hotel staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All in all, everything at this hotel was satisfactory.

Great location. Near to shops and restaurants. Staff nice and friendly. Also had a fabulous pool with great poolside furniture.
Rooms were not very soundproofed. Could hear every little thing in the adjoining room. Not very good when people check in late at night. Woken up to the sound of bags being dragged around, zips unzipped etc.

I liked the size of the room, the marble floor and spacious bathroom - The proximity to the township was really good. The wifi worked reasonably well.
The staff were friendly but pushy with overemphasising that we needed to pay our bill in cash to pay their staff's salary even though the booking form said they accepted Visa and MCard (what we used to make the booking )- despite almost a stand up argument on discharge they eventually accepted the credit card payment and slugged a 3 % credit card charge. The "Continental" breakfast was very ordinary, however the area was clean. If anyone has a problem with stairs this place is not for you. There are many to be climbed for your room and or breakfast etc. Despite being shown to our room being 1/2 hr early (we thought that was all ready) there was no toilet paper-no towels the bar fridge turned off and no bottled water in the fridge or no minibar- we had to buy. There were many light globes that were broken or was a wiring problem. The bath took a long time to 1/2 fill which was a large bath - but by that time had gone almost cold as the hot water had run out. There was no safe although we noted from their website there was a safety deposit box available from reception . The monkeys jumping onto the roof as wake up calls first thing of a morning and the constant loud motorbikes and transportation used by everyone on the main road only 30 metres away was very loud and noisy and not a weekend break for us. The running water sound in the river behind sounded beautiful from our room - which sadly only lasted one night (helped drown out the constant motorbike noises) The staff themselves were very noisy and not conscious their constant laughing or talking loudly was actually annoying for the guests. The language barrier was also a problem at times.

Incredibly beautiful views, truly enjoyed great and awesome setting.
Reasonably spacious and perfect room which had climate control, a terrace and a balcony. The hotel was in the heart of Ubud. The staff was really kind and nice and we would stay here again...

The price was outrageous for the poor state of the place. A rip off

Bungalows with nice architecture, close to Ubud Monkey Forest. Unbelievably good bed mattress.
Staff not responsive/usefull, they also complained when I booked a sightseeing tour without their "help". Took a lot for them to respond to our requests (towels, hot water, toilet paper). Pool did not have a cleaning sistem so they had to drain it entirely to clean it, which did not happen too ofter. Pool was unusable as a result. Not a very good price/conditions ratio

The location is good, pleasant atmosphere, simple but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It is not possible to pay with credit card or any card. They have more than one terminal but out of order.

Good location on Monkey Forest Road near restaurants and shops.
First impression was not good. When we came they told us a higher price than we had booked for. Pool didn´t seem too clean. Room was gloomy with bad lighting, "lots" of insects, bathroom under critic, fan in ceiling on half speed, water cut off from early evening to morning. Very simple beakfast. Staff not so good in english and always trying to sell us a trip somewhere. After two nights we moved to another hotel for the same price but two stars better. So, not good value for the money. They should lower the price in my opinion, then it would have been ok. Also, only payment in cash, no credit cards.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the Monkey Forest and very central. It is very convenient, being right next to restaurants and lots of shops. It is also close to good restaurants and the monkey forest, and not a far walk into the center of Ubud.
While most aspects of this hotel were great, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The breakfast consisted of one egg, 3 pieces of white bread, and three small pieces of "fresh" fruit that were not at all fresh and in fact inedible at times.
